What am I?

I’m nothing, I’ve always been nothing, not going anywhere nothing has ever gone before…

In my daily life I'm a boring CMA, CIA, CFE who specializes in financial analysis, internal auditing and control. No wonder I'm going bald and why the band does not play that very specific song...

Indeed one needs to eat and feed his family but one also needs to realize oneself and music is in my case the easiest road to enlightenment.

Like my good friend Benoît I also suffer from the same incurable disease called GAS, but mine is one much more primitive then his, mine is before the genetic mutation. Indeed it gets you from within and makes you loose your friends, especially on stage when there is nowhere to run for fresh air…

I started playing drums at the age of 5 on my first Ludwig kit. Do not let the numbers on years impress you, I could tell you that I started at 2 weeks ago and you wouldn’t notice… I jumped from band to band later on but really got serious with the band AFTERIMAGE a Tribute to Rush. We did about 60 shows on a 4-year period. But we disbanded when one of the members moved to another province. At that time Benoît was our occasional roadee. We had play together in the past and now was the time to reband under CONTINUUM. We started as a Tribute Band to Rush but ended in recording our own original stuff. It was much fun. Sadly I started my quest to better education and had to let go of music for a few years.

When this quest was completed I pick-up the phone and called Ben to see if he would be interested to rereband for a Tribute to Rush. He was delighted and there we took off. Sylvain Pinsonneault joined us a few weeks after. Sector A was born.

My role in the band is to provide basic tempo so the other two can show off on stage. I concentrate more on GASing them as personal revenge for their talent. I also provide shelter for our practice sessions. I’m very thankful to my wife for enduring all the noise we make. She is fantastic! I’m also the public person of the band, nobody appointed me for that task… That’s How it is

So Entre nous, on my own Freewill and under the Circumstances I monitor the Vital Signs of my Second Nature to be Closer to the heart . As the Working Man that I’m, I would like to make The Big Money, but Natural Science has not demonstrated indeed that Time Stand Still so the Dog Years are forcing you to Turn The page on the New World Man and remain the Digital Man that Middletown Dreams Cut to the Chase in Open Secrets. Heresy about the Available Light is a Scar on my Mission. The Everyday Glory Speed Of Love Marathon is a Superconductor Mystic Rhythms Driven by a Distant Early Warning. Between Sun and Moon I Carve Away The Stone with my Secret Touch waiting for a Sweet Miracle, a Peaceable Kingdom this One Little Victory in the Limelight : Concert Hall

I need a break!

Have fun and happy drumming!
